On Saturday, December 20 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm we are having a Solstice Gathering in celebration of our first year being part of the Detroit/Hamtramck arts community with three creative offerings!

First, we have a batch of Daido Moriyama Record books which just arrived this week from Japan! These are SIGNED LIMTED EDITIONS! We only have two or three copies of each book and a few of them are the last copies available from the publisher! Right now, these are only available in person at The Barbershop and are $30 each on Saturday only—after Saturday they go back to their normal price of $35.

Second, we have the launch of Safety First Apparel brand of t-shirts. These first edition shirts are very low run, but you can pre-order right here

Visit Safety First on our website. These are exclusively sold at The Barbershop and if you order online, you can pick them up on Saturday or you can choose to have us ship them to you for an additional charge.

Third, of course, is our current exhibition—Sour Wine: or Marching Asleep (Having Lost Their Boots) by Sam Albaugh, which is amazing and worth a visit all by itself! If you are looking for a holiday gift to beat them all, you can purchase a piece of Sam's art!
